These terms explain what this website is for and what you can expect from it. They apply whenever you browse this site or send us something through it. Like our privacy policy, this is written in plain language rather than legal boilerplate, because you should be able to read it once and know where you stand.
Please do not use this website. Forms and messages sent here are not monitored around the clock, and a request may sit unseen for hours. Call the office instead and tell whoever answers that it is urgent. If you have swelling that is spreading across your face, trouble breathing or swallowing, bleeding you cannot stop, or an injury from an accident, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room rather than waiting for us.
These pages describe the treatments we offer and answer questions patients ask us often. That is general information. It is not a diagnosis, not a treatment plan, and not a substitute for being examined. Two people with the same symptom frequently need different treatment, and the only way to know which one you need is to be seen. Please do not delay care or change anything about your treatment because of something you read here.
Reading these pages, submitting a form, or sending a message does not create a dentist-patient relationship. That relationship starts when you come in, we examine you, and we agree together on a plan of care. Until then we are not able to advise you on your specific situation, and we would rather say so plainly than guess from a distance.
When you pick a time through this website you are requesting it, not booking it. We confirm every request by phone, text, or email, and now and then the slot you chose is already taken by the time your request reaches us. Your appointment is set once you hear back from us. If you need to move or cancel it, please call the office so we can offer the time to someone else who is waiting.
Any price, range, or monthly figure shown on this site is there to help you plan. It is an estimate, not a quote and not an offer. What your treatment actually costs depends on your exam, what the x-rays show, the materials involved, and what your plan covers. You will get an itemized estimate in writing before treatment begins. We are glad to verify your benefits for you first, though what an insurer tells us in advance is their estimate too, not a guarantee of payment.
The before-and-after photos on this site are our own patients, shown with their permission, and the results in them have not been retouched. The reviews are real reviews. Neither is a promise about your case. Dental outcomes depend on where you start, your general health, the condition of your bone and gums, and how the work is cared for afterward, so a result that was right for one person is not a prediction for anyone else.

The words, photographs, illustrations, and layout of this website belong to Peterborough Family Dental & Implant Center or are used here with permission. Our practice name and logo are ours as well. Nothing on this page hands any of that to you.
Parts of this site connect you to companies we work with, including our online scheduler, our financing partners, and the platforms where patients post reviews. Each of those has its own terms and its own privacy practices, and we do not control them. Once you leave this site or hand information to one of them, you are dealing with that company rather than with us. We link to them because they are useful, not as an endorsement of everything they do.
We keep this site current and correct mistakes when we find them, but we cannot promise it is error-free or always reachable. Treatment descriptions, technology, staff, and hours all change, and a page can lag behind reality for a while. If something here matters to a decision you are making, please confirm it with us before relying on it.
This website is provided as it is, without warranties of any kind, whether stated outright or implied. That includes any implied warranty that the site suits a particular purpose or that its content is complete. Nothing in this section touches our obligations to you as a patient of the practice, which are set by the standard of care and by New Hampshire law, not by website terms.
So far as the law allows, Peterborough Family Dental & Implant Center is not liable for indirect or knock-on losses that arise from your use of this website, such as lost time or lost data. To say it once more, this limit is about the website. It does not apply to the dental care we provide.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Hampshire, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute concerning this website will be brought in the state or federal courts located in New Hampshire.
We may update these terms. When we do, the new version goes on this page and the “last updated” date at the top changes with it. If you keep using the site after that, you are accepting the revised terms.
