The fine print, in plain English
How the plan works
- The VIP Membership Plan is a dental savings membership, not dental insurance.
- It is available to patients without existing dental insurance, and it cannot be combined with insurance or other offers.
- Your membership runs for 365 days from the date you join, and benefits begin right away.
- Fees for dental services may change over time.
Our few house rules
- If active gum disease is present, additional periodontal treatment that is not covered by the plan may be needed before a routine cleaning. A periodontal plan may be available.
- Membership is non-transferable to another office or another person.
- Dues and unused services are non-refundable, including for missed or unscheduled appointments.
- Please give us at least 48 hours notice if you need to change an appointment.
