When they call or book online, they just give your name so we know who to thank. New patients are always welcome.
Once they complete their first visit, we add a $50 credit to your account and a $50 credit to theirs, toward any treatment.
The $50 credits are applied after the referred patient completes their first paid visit. There is no limit on how many friends you can refer. Credits have no cash value and cannot be combined with certain insurance benefits. Ask our team for full details.
