The things patients actually ask us, answered the way we answer them in the chair: in plain language, with real numbers where we can give them. If your question isn't here, call and a real person will answer it.
Yes. We welcome new patients and new families, and we have cared for the Peterborough area from the same Grove Street home for 20+ years. Whether you are overdue for a cleaning or planning a bigger treatment, you can start with us anytime.
Two easy ways: request a time through our online form, or call us at (603) 924-3664. If you use the form, a real person from our team replies the same business day to confirm your visit.
You will meet your doctor, get the X-rays and imaging we need, and have a thorough exam of your teeth, gums, and bite. Then we sit down and talk through what we found in plain language. If treatment makes sense, you leave with a written plan and real numbers, never a surprise bill.
Your photo ID, your insurance card if you have one, and a list of any medications you take. You can save time in the waiting room by completing your new patient forms before you arrive.
We are in-network with Delta Dental Premier, and we accept and file claims with most other major plans as an out-of-network provider. Before treatment, we check your benefits for you and show you what your plan is expected to cover. See our insurance page for the details.
Yes. We accept CareCredit, a healthcare credit card that turns treatment into predictable monthly payments, and our front desk will walk you through the application. Our financing page covers every way we help make care affordable.
Always. Every treatment plan comes in writing, with insurance estimates already applied, before anything begins. If the numbers do not work for you, we talk options, not pressure.
Please do bring it. Your second opinion is free, and we match prices on comparable treatment plans. Worst case, you leave knowing your original plan was fair.
Download one of our free pricing guides for implants, dentures, clear aligners, or sleep apnea treatment, and you get a $550 voucher toward that treatment. Grab yours on the special offers page.
Most healthy adults are. Age matters far less than the health of your gums and jawbone, and even bone loss can often be worked around. The honest answer comes from a free consultation with a 3D scan, which shows us exactly what your jaw can support.
In our region, a single implant with its crown typically runs $3,500 to $5,500 as an estimate. Your exact number depends on your scan and whether you need any preparatory work, and you get it in writing before anything starts.
Decades, with good care. The implant post fuses with your jawbone and can serve you for the rest of your life; the crown on top may eventually need replacing like any dental work. Regular hygiene visits and good home care are what protect the investment.
Less than most people expect. The procedure is done under local anesthetic, and nitrous oxide is available if you want to take the edge off. Most patients tell us the recovery was milder than a tooth extraction.
Yes. Your new denture or partial is covered for six months on fit and craftsmanship. If it needs an adjustment, reline, or remake in that window, we handle it at no cost to you. Full details are on our warranty page.
We have an in-house lab, so most adjustments and relines happen right here, often during the same visit, instead of being shipped out for weeks. That is a big part of why our dentures fit the way they do.
Yes. Implant-supported dentures snap onto or fix permanently to dental implants, so they stay put when you eat and speak. If a traditional denture has been frustrating you, ask about implant support at your consultation.
Call us at (603) 924-3664 first thing, describe what is going on, and we will make a plan together, whether that is guidance over the phone, the soonest appointment we can arrange, or pointing you to the right care tonight. Learn more on our emergency dentistry page.
Go straight to the ER for swelling that affects your breathing or swallowing, or bleeding that will not stop. Those are medical emergencies first. Once you are stable, call us and we will handle the dental side.
Handle it by the crown, not the root, rinse it gently if it is dirty, and keep it moist in milk or inside your cheek. Then call us right away, because a knocked-out adult tooth has the best chance when it is treated quickly.
We offer nitrous oxide (laughing gas) and minimal oral sedation, a prescribed pill that takes the anxiety down while you stay awake and responsive. We are upfront that we do not offer deeper sedation, and for most nervous patients these two options are exactly enough. See our comfort and sedation page for how each works.
That is more common than you think, and it never bothers us. Tell us when you book. We go at your pace, explain everything before we do it, and agree on a signal so you are always in control. Many of our most loyal patients started as our most nervous ones.
After nitrous oxide, yes. It wears off within minutes of the mask coming off, which is why so many patients choose it. After oral sedation you will need someone to drive you home, and we will remind you of that when we schedule.
Yes, we welcome and treat children of all ages right here in our office. Kids do best when the whole family sees the same team, and we love making those first visits easy and even fun.
Rarely. We handle nearly all children's care in-house. Only very difficult pediatric cases that need general anesthesia are referred to pediatric specialists, and if that ever applies to your child, we help coordinate it.
We coordinate root canal treatment with trusted specialists we have worked with for years. We handle the diagnosis and the crown or restoration afterward, and we stay your home base through the whole process.
Crowns and bridges are covered for five years, implant restorations for five years, fillings and night guards for two years, and dentures for six months on fit and craftsmanship. It is all in writing on our warranty page.
Keep your six-month hygiene visits with us. Those regular cleanings and exams are what let us catch small problems before they break your dental work, and they are the one condition that keeps every coverage period active.
Call us. If work we did fails under normal use during its coverage period, we repair or remake it at no cost to you. And if you are not sure whether something is covered, call anyway; a straight answer costs nothing.
Call and you'll reach a real person on our team: no phone tree, no hold music. We'd genuinely love to help.
