We stand behind the dentistry we do, in writing. If a crown, filling, guard, or denture we made fails under normal use during its coverage period, we repair or replace it at no cost to you.
What we cover, and for how long
Crowns & Bridges
Covers: Breakage, coming loose, or a failed fit under normal use.
Our promise: We repair or remake the crown or bridge at no cost to you.
Includes crowns milled in our in-house lab.
Implant Crowns & Implant Restorations
Covers: Breakage or failure of the implant crown, bridge, or attachment we made.
Our promise: We repair or remake the restoration at no cost to you.
Covers the tooth portion we craft. The implant post itself is covered under your written treatment plan.
Dental Fillings, Bonding, Inlays & Onlays
Covers: Breakage, loss, or leakage of the filling under normal use.
Our promise: We replace the filling at no cost to you.
Night Guards
Covers: Cracks or breakage under normal nightly wear.
Our promise: We repair or remake your guard at no cost to you.
Dentures & Partials
Covers: Fit and craftsmanship of your new denture or partial.
Our promise: We adjust, reline, or remake as needed at no cost to you.
Our in-house lab means most adjustments happen the same visit.

- Keep your six-month cleanings and exams with us. Regular hygiene visits are what let us catch small problems before they break your dental work, and they keep your warranty active.
- If we prescribed a night guard, wear it. Grinding is the number one reason restorations fail early.
- The warranty covers the same tooth and the same piece of work we placed. It does not transfer to work done at another office.
What the warranty does not cover
- Damage from accidents, injuries, or using teeth as tools
- New decay or gum disease from home care that lapsed
- Normal wear on removable appliances after the coverage period
- Work placed by another practice
