Ingrid Crowley

Ingrid Crowley, Office Manager at Peterborough Family Dental & Implant Center, started with the practice as a new patient in 1986 after moving from Cape Cod to Peterborough, "A Good Town to Live In." In 1999 she became an employee too, as part of the front desk reception team. After 20 years of greeting and building relationships with thousands of kind and wonderful patients from her community she moved to her new position.

Ingrid's background in banking and marketing qualified her for the new duties as Office Manager, some of which include financial record keeping, employee benefits, computer maintenance and front desk patient reception. She attends, along with other staff, an annual dental conference for the Northeast region, sponsored by the Massachusetts Dental Society in Boston every year. Here, there are many courses offered for all dental office team members. Additional certifications in CPR and OSHA are also company sponsored programs which all staff participate in.

When not in the office, she enjoys hiking in the Monadnock Region as well as seeking out the best restaurants for great food. She enjoys music and reading when time allows.

Ingrid understands that the continued success of Peterborough Family Dental & Implant Center depends solely on the ability to offer excellent dental care and compassion to all patients. She believes that both doctors and support staff of hygienists, dental assistants and patient care coordinators make this possible. She has a passion for all patients' well-being and knows that outstanding oral health care promotes better patient health.
